By placing an order with Lisa’s Closet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our return and refund policy.

This means that:

You accept our return conditions and timelines
You agree to follow the return process outlined below
In case of a dispute or chargeback, this policy and all related order information may be used as supporting evidence

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
Items must be in their original condition and packaging
Only standard handling such as trying on is allowed
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use, damage, or wear beyond normal inspection.

Once your return has been received, it will be processed within 7 business days.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at:

Include the following information:

Your order number
The reason for your return
Photos of the item if damaged or incorrect
Your full name and shipping address

Please wait for return instructions before sending your item.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until your return has been completed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Send an email to info@lisas-closet.com including:

Your order number
A short explanation of the issue
Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

After reviewing your case:

We may offer a replacement if available
In some cases, you may not need to return the item

Replacements are usually processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost during shipping:

Contact us with your order number and tracking details
We will assist you and work with the shipping carrier

If a package is refused at delivery, not collected, or returned due to an incorrect address, a 35 CAD fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and shipping costs.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it.

However:

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled
You can still return the item after delivery

Returns are sent to our international warehouse
Return shipping costs are not covered by us
We are not responsible for shipping delays or customs issues
Items that are used or returned in poor condition will not be accepted
