Shipping Insurance

To offer extra peace of mind, Lisa’s Closet provides optional Shipping Insurance at checkout.

If you add Shipping Insurance to your order, your package will be protected in the following situations.

What Is Covered

Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit or does not arrive, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or visibly opened, we will replace the affected item or items free of charge.

How Shipping Insurance Works

If you purchased Shipping Insurance, please follow these steps if something goes wrong:

Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery
Provide your order number
Send photos if the package or item arrived damaged
Send tracking details if the package appears lost

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

What Is Not Covered

Shipping Insurance does not apply in the following cases:

The shipping address entered at checkout was incomplete or incorrect
The package was marked as delivered and then taken by a third party
Delays caused by customs or the shipping carrier
